• The IRS has posted the payroll tax form that most employers can use to claim the special payroll tax exemption.  This exemption applies to many new workers hired in 2010.  Employers who hire unemployed workers may qualify for a 6.2% payroll tax incentive.

• The IRS just released the list of organizations that are at risk of losing their nonprofit status, due to failing to file returns for three consecutive years.  If your organization is at risk, a one-time relief program is available.
